Cancellation period

Under the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to tell us you wish to return a product, without giving a reason.

Coverless duvet: 100-night trial

The maisonsleep® coverless duvet comes with the 100-night trial advertised on its product page. Try it at home; if it is not right for you, contact us within the trial period to arrange a return and a full refund. We cover the return delivery cost for this duvet trial.

Other products: 30-day money-back guarantee

For other products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee in addition to the statutory cancellation period. If your product is not suitable, contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.

Return conditions

Return the product in a condition suitable for reuse, with its accessories. Return costs for products outside the coverless duvet trial may be payable by the customer, except where the product is defective or we made an error.

How to return an item

Email contact@maisonsleep.co with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and checked, we issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
